David Stokes - Senior Minister

David came to Jerome in December of 2007.  He has served in a number of ministries since graduating from Cincinnati Christian University.  Most recently before coming to Jerome David served at the Hillsboro Church of Christ in Hillsboro, Ohio for eight years.  David has a heart for people and a desire to share Gods word with all those he comes in contact with.

Jake Purtlebuagh - Student Minister

Jake came to Jerome in March of 2008.  He graduated from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN in May of 2007, where he continued working in the Plant Services Department as an Assistant to the Construction Supervisor.  Jake graduated from JBC with a double major in Bible and Youth Ministry / Preaching.  Jake has been married to his wife Trina for four years, and they were able to celbrate the birth of the firstborn son in March of 2009.  Jakes ministry experience before coming to Jerome were two consecutive internships at Fair Haven Christian Church in Trafalgar, IN and multiple volunteer position while attending college.  Jake loves the Lord and desires to instill that same love in the students he works with. Jake would like to help create and maintain an atmosphere where students and their families alike can come and have a sense of belonging, to feel accepted and loved.
